As a Cultural Care local childcare consultant (LCC), I invite our host families and au pairs as well as those considering Cultural Care Au Pair to explore my site and learn about what is going on in our community. I provide year-round support to host families and au pairs, and also talk to families considering the program to help them determine if Cultural Care Au Pair is the right childcare solution for them.

I love my job as The Top National Au Pair Consultant and Matching Specialist – matching families nationwide with live-in au pairs they can trust like family! I am very passionate about promoting and bridging the gap with childcare for busy, modern families – with this Epic Global Cultural Exchange Program! I’m honored to be a liaison for the wonderful host families and amazing au pairs in my area. I provide local support, guidance, and coaching to ensure it’s a rich and rewarding experience for all – I’m honored to have received excellent positivity ratings on all Host Family and Au Pair Satisfaction Surveys.

I’ve welcomed hundreds and hundreds of host families onto the program nationwide and every day I’m thrilled to talk with new families about the benefits of having an au pair! It’s my true passion to help them build their global families, as well as help them find the right au pair! I was honored to be a one of the distinguished top ten marketers for 2015 (out of over 800 consultants) in the nation and achieved the prestigious Golden Heart Leadership Level. It was a privilege to be showcased in a 2015 training video at our National Training Conference in Boston – and an honor to be chosen as a mentor for “Make the Leadership League 2017.” For 2016, I was privileged to be a speaker on Collaboration & Teamwork at our National Training Conference in Denver. In 2016, I was one of top 1% marketers in the nation and achieved the illustrious Platinum Heart Leadership Level. In 2017, I was again recognized in the top 1% of consultants nationwide and earned the Platinum Heart Leadership Level for a second year. In 2019, for the fourth year in a row, I have been recognized in the top 1% of consultants nationwide and earned the Platinum Heart Leadership Level – standing for excellence in sales as well as servicing Host Families and Au Pairs!

As a Bay Area Native, I grew up in Palo Alto and graduated from UC Berkeley – GO BEARS! When I was in college, I was fortunate to live and study in Rome, as well as travel throughout Europe. These adventures sparked my passion for experiencing new cultures and languages – and the journey continues today!

I live in the Bay Area and I have three awesome children and I enjoy sharing my love for international travel with them! As a family we have traveled to: Italy, Mexico, and Prague – I can’t wait to see where we will go in 2019! As an Au Pair Consultant for Cultural Care, I love meeting and welcoming our wonderful, experienced, and talented group of au pairs to the area – and my kids love meeting them, as well!
